Choose a Time

Pick a slot below. Times convert to your local time zone automatically. If your deadline is inside two weeks, call +1 (877) 683-7222 rather than waiting for the next available slot.

You will be speaking to a regulated professional, not a salesperson.

Depending on what your matter needs, your consultation is held with one of the two people who will actually work on your file.

Dikshit Soni, RCICRegulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, R536007. Applications, refusals, procedural fairness letters and strategy.
Dr. Pallavi Kataria, Barrister & SolicitorLegal Counsel, Immigration and Litigation. Appeals and Federal Court matters.

What You Get in the Session

An honest read of where you stand

Whether your plan is viable as it is, and precisely what would have to change for it to work.

The route you may not have considered

There is often a faster or safer pathway than the one people arrive assuming they need.

The risks already in your file

Prior refusals, gaps in status and undeclared history, found now rather than by an officer later.

A clear next step

Whether that is retaining us, or something you can go and do yourself.

Before Your Call

The more we have in front of us, the more you get out of the time. Where they apply, email these ahead of your appointment.

If you have been refused: the refusal letter, and your GCMS notes if you have them.

If you received a procedural fairness letter: the letter and the date it was issued.

If you are applying: language results, education credentials, and a summary of your work history.

If you are in Canada: your current status, its expiry date, and any previous permits.

Send to hello@saabimmigration.ca with your appointment time in the subject line. Please do not send passwords or banking details.

What your consultation covers

This is a professional immigration and legal service, not an enquiry call. Your session is held with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and, where your matter calls for it, with a barrister and solicitor who appears at the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court.

Before we speak, we read what you send us. In the session you get considered advice drawn from years of handling applications, refusals, procedural fairness letters and litigation, applied to your particular facts rather than to a general case. You leave with a position you can act on and a clear understanding of what each option involves.

Retain us within 30 days and your consultation fee is credited in full against your service fee.

  • Regulated and accountable
Dikshit Soni is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, R536007, regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
  • A barrister and solicitor in house
Dr. Pallavi Kataria handles appeals and Federal Court work, so a file that escalates never has to leave our office or be handed to strangers.
  • Refusals are core work here
judicial review, procedural fairness letters, appeals and rebuilt applications, not an occasional sideline.
  • Two Ontario offices, clients worldwide
Kitchener and Mississauga, acting for applicants across Canada and internationally.

You can read how this plays out on real files, including an Express Entry refusal set aside by the Federal Court and a sixteen year old sponsorship refusal we overturned. Meet the team on our team page.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is the consultation fee credited if I retain you?

Yes. If you retain us within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee is credited against your service fee. In practical terms the advice costs you nothing if you go ahead with us.

Who will I actually be speaking to?

Dikshit Soni, RCIC (R536007), for applications, refusals, procedural fairness letters and strategy. Dr. Pallavi Kataria, Barrister and Solicitor, where the matter involves an appeal or the Federal Court. You are not routed to an assistant or a call centre.

Why is the consultation paid?

Because you are paying for professional advice rather than an enquiry. We review your documents before the session, and the advice you receive is grounded in years of handling applications, refusals and Federal Court matters, applied to your own circumstances. If you retain us within 30 days, the fee is credited in full against your service fee, so the advice effectively costs you nothing if you go ahead with us.

What if I need more time than the session allows?

We will tell you before time runs out and offer a follow up session rather than rushing an assessment that matters.

I am outside Canada. Can I still book?

Yes. We act for clients across Canada and internationally. Consultations are held by phone or video and the calendar converts to your local time zone automatically.

Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes, whether or not you go on to retain us.

What if you cannot help me?

We will say so, and where we can we will point you toward who can. We do not take on matters we do not believe in.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, using the link in your confirmation email. Please give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can go to someone else.

My deadline is very close. What should I do?

Call the office on +1 (877) 683-7222 rather than waiting for the next available slot. If you are inside a 15 or 30 day deadline we will try to fit you in sooner.

Not Ready to Book Yet?

That is completely fine. Send us your situation in writing and we will come back to you within 24 hours with an honest view on whether a consultation is even worth your time.
