Dr. Kataria holds a Ph.D. in Law, bringing a rare combination of scholarly depth and real-world advocacy to every matter she handles. Dr. Kataria practises independently at Pallavi Law Office and has a long standing working relationship with SAAB Immigration Services Inc. Where a matter falls outside the scope of practice of an RCIC, she takes it over seamlessly, and we continue to work the immigration side of the file alongside her. It is a rare combination: an experienced RCIC and a lawyer on the same case. Her practice centres on immigration and the litigation that surrounds it:
