Where the name comes from
SAAB Immigration insignia: the letters S and A drawn as a single interlocking shape, for Samaira and Abir

Samaira
& Abir

Before immigration, I spent my career in business development and business management, building brands for other companies. That work teaches you one thing quickly. Every brand has a genesis. A story, a vision, a direction. Without it you have a logo and a price list.

So when I built my own, I knew which question came first. Where does this come from? Not a market gap. Not a business plan. My kids.

Before I am a consultant, I am a father. SAAB is Samaira and Abir. Sa from Samaira, Ab from Abir. Look at the insignia beside this. The S and the A are drawn as one shape, sharing the same strokes. You cannot pull them apart.

That is the genesis of this company, and everything else is built on top of it.

Do it once, do it right.

That is our motto, and it is not about being thorough for the sake of it. A refused application is never just a lost fee. It is a year of your life, the money you already spent, and a refusal on your record that makes the next attempt harder. So we would rather take longer over the assessment, tell you the difficult thing early, and file once, properly.

My own name says something similar. Dikshit comes from the Sanskrit word diksha, which means instruction, or being initiated into knowledge. A Dikshit is someone who receives that knowledge and then passes it on. Learning it is only half the job. The other half is teaching it to whoever needs it. That is why the guides, tools and calculators on this site are free.

It is also why I mentor new consultants through the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants mentorship programme, working with people preparing to practise before they take on their first file.

  • Our Motto
“Do It Once, Do It Right.” A refused application is never just a lost fee. It is a year of your life, the money already spent, and a refusal on your record that makes the next attempt harder. So we would rather take longer over the assessment and file once, properly.
  • Our Vision
That nobody makes a major immigration decision based on advice meant to make them feel good. Applicants should be able to see their real position clearly enough to decide for themselves.
  • Our Mission
To tell every person who contacts us where they really stand, whether they hire us or not, and to give them enough information to decide what to do next. Advice traced to a rule, a policy or a decision, never to optimism.
  • Our Goal
To make saabimmigration.ca the place people turn to first for a straight answer on Canadian immigration, whether or not they ever become clients. Free tools, current processing times, and guides written to be understood rather than to impress.

Who we are

Do it once.
Do it right.

SAAB Immigration Services Inc. takes on the files many firms avoid: refused applications, procedural fairness letters, and complex Express Entry, sponsorship and permit cases. A CICC-regulated practice with two offices, in Kitchener and Mississauga, we run leaner and smarter than most firms our size and act seamlessly for clients across Canada and around the world. We give you straight facts, a clear plan, and a realistic read on your chances, never false promises. When your future is on the line, you want it done once, and done right.
Where most firms stop, we keep going. For refused applications, refugee claims, judicial reviews and PRRAs, we work directly with our affiliated law office, so your licensed RCIC and your legal representation sit under one roof. One file, one team, done right. See how we handle refusals →

Not sure which program you qualify for?

The free immigration assessment is a structured intake, not a quiz. You give us your age, education, work history, language results and family situation. We read it against the programs that are actually open right now and tell you which streams you qualify for, which ones you do not, and what would have to change.

  • What it costs
nothing, and there is no obligation to retain us afterwards.
  • How long it takes
about ten minutes, faster if you have your dates and language test results in front of you.
  • Who reads it
a licensed RCIC in our office. There is no automated score at the end of it.
  • What you get back
a straight answer on which streams are open to you and what your file is still missing.

If you have already booked a consultation with us, fill this in before the call. It means we spend the time on your options instead of on your history.
