Dikshit Soni

Dikshit Soni, RCIC (#R536007), is the Founder and Principal Consultant of SAAB Immigration Services Inc. and a Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario. He has worked in Canadian immigration since 2012 and has represented more than 500 clients from six continents.

His practice centres on the cases that demand the most strategy and care, refused applications above all. Dikshit specializes in turning refusals around: reading the officer’s GCMS notes line by line, responding to procedural-fairness letters (PFLs), preparing reconsideration requests, and rebuilding stronger reapplications. He represents clients in appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division, prepares humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) submissions for those with no other pathway, and handles family-class sponsorship, reuniting spouses, partners, children, and parents. Where a refused matter needs to go to the Federal Court, Dr. Pallavi Kataria of Pallavi Law Office takes it forward under a long standing working relationship, so clients keep the same team on the immigration file from the first refusal through to the final resolution.

Dikshit built his early career in business development, holding an MBA in Marketing and spending more than a decade in sales and business-development roles with global brands including Bose, Mercedes-Benz, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Ermenegildo Zegna. Before founding SAAB he spent several years in Canada’s international-education sector as Head of Admissions at a private career college, giving him an insider’s understanding of study permits and student pathways. He earned his immigration practitioner licence at Herzing College in 2019, co-founded Immitrust Visa and Immigration Services Inc., established SAAB Immigration Services in July 2020, and is a certified IELTS instructor and a regular voice on Canadian immigration through radio and television.
