Immigration Consultant in Mississauga

SAAB Immigration Services Inc. operates from 5-2155 Dunwin Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 4M1, serving clients across Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville and Etobicoke, as well as applicants outside Canada. Your file is handled by Dikshit Soni, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licence R536007, and a Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario.

Being regulated matters more than it sounds. It means there is a named professional accountable to a regulator for the advice you receive, and a route to complain if that advice is wrong. Not everyone advertising immigration help in this city can say that.

What We Handle From This Office

Most immigration files are straightforward. We are known for the ones that are not.

Refusals and Complex Files:

  • Refusals, procedural fairness letters and reconsideration requests
  • Appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division
  • Judicial review at the Federal Court, handled by counsel we work with
  • Inadmissibility, temporary resident permits and criminal rehabilitation
  • Lost status and restoration

Applications and Planning:

  • Express Entry, provincial nomination and permanent residence strategy
  • Spousal, partner, dependent child and family sponsorship
  • Study permits, post-graduation work permits and student compliance
  • Work permits, LMIA support and employer compliance
  • Visitor visas, Super Visas and citizenship

Local Context That Actually Affects Your Application

Two points specific to this region that we raise with clients constantly.

For Employers in the GTA:

  • Low-wage LMIA applications are refused outright in census metropolitan areas with unemployment at or above six per cent
  • The table covering 10 July to 8 October 2026 includes Toronto, which captures most GTA employers
  • Exemptions apply for primary agriculture, construction, food manufacturing, hospitals, and nursing and residential care
  • Positions of 120 days or less are also exempt
  • This is checked before an application is prepared, not after the fee is paid

For applicants, the practical local point is different. The Greater Toronto Area has the highest concentration of unlicensed immigration advice in Canada. Before you pay anyone, ask for their licence number and check it on the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants register. Ours is R536007.

Book a Consultation in Mississauga

A consultation is a working session, not a sales call. Bring your documents, and your refusal letter if you have one. You will leave with a documented assessment of what is realistically possible, what it would take, and an honest view on whether it is worth pursuing.

What to Bring:

  • Any refusal letter or decision you have received
  • Your passport and current status documents
  • Language test results and educational credential assessments if you have them
  • Employment reference letters showing dates, hours and duties
  • A note of any previous refusal, removal or misrepresentation finding, anywhere in the world

Who You Will Be Working With

Every file opened at our Mississauga office is handled personally by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Matters that require Federal Court intervention, such as a judicial review, are escalated to our affiliated law office, Pallavi Law Office.
