Send us the details and we will read them properly.
Not a form that disappears. A real person reads what you send, and you will hear back within 24 hours. If we are not the right people to help you, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Speak to someone now+1 (877) 683-7222Call the office. If your deadline is inside two weeks, please call rather than email.
The more we have up front, the more useful our first reply will be. If you have them, please include:
If you were refused: the refusal letter, and your GCMS notes if you already requested them. If you do not have the notes, that is fine, we can request them.
If you received a procedural fairness letter: the letter itself and the date it was issued, because your deadline runs from that date.
For any application: which program you applied under, when you applied, and roughly what was submitted.
Do not send passwords, banking details or full identity documents by email. We will tell you how to send those securely once we act for you.
- We read your file, not a summary of it. Dikshit Soni, RCIC (R536007), reviews what you send personally.
- We tell you honestly where you stand. Including when the honest answer is that you should reapply rather than litigate, or simply wait.
- If we can help, we tell you exactly what it involves before you commit to anything. No surprises later.
